Workflow Suspended

Workflows that been running for months have started periodically going into a "Suspended state"  they will they terminate.  This is impacting 2 different workflows.  Error messages attached.

The error seems to be complaining about access or authorisation.
This may seem like a weird question but is the Nintex subscription due?
When the Nintex subscription is due a message is written to the History list advising of this. The account of the user who is running the workflow is used to write this message even if the workflow is running under elevated permissions. If the users account does not have access to the History list this could be causing your issue.

The subscription is not due.  We recently renewed our subscription.  Our subscription use to run February to February but we did just re-do our contract so it now runs September to September.  This was so that we could increase our licenses.  My customer.nintext.com dashboard shows I have 349 days until I need to renew.


 


 

Just checked the history list "Everyone but external users" group has Edit permissions to these lists.
