Why take long time to open Nintex Form (Classic)??

Hi all,

I am using Nintex Form for Office 365 to create a eForm in a SharePoint List (using Classic Mode).

When user open the Nintex Form from SharePoint list, it take around 10 second to only the form, even open a new form or edit existing form, then I have 3 questions about it:

1. Nintex Form for Office 365 (the SharePoint App) is Provided-hosted App?? mean there some process is running on Nintex's server?? or just a SharePoint-hosted App (running on Office 365)

2. How the improve it to reduce the loading time?
