What are the best practices for using Nintex Workflows for Office 365 to structurally archive content in SharePoint Online?

Does anyone have any experience in using Nintex Workflow for Office 365 to automate an archiving process? We are trying to find-out if we can use Nintex Workflow for Office 365 to efficiently and structurally archive content in a (semi)-automated way. This could be sites, lists, libraries, list items, documents.

Thank you for your reply and sharing this very useful link. I will have to see whether I will get this working in SharePoint Online using Nintex Workflows for Office 365 as well.
