Trouble when creating item from Nintex O365 Workflow : wrong format or extension

Hi,

i'm using Nintex Workflow for O365 and i can't open file (excel or word file) after i created it using my workflow (wrong format or extenion error). I'm working with the "create list item" action and i always have this problem. When i create directly my item in the list it works so it seems that i did something wrong in Nintex ...

It seems that it's working with a word document but only when i open directly into word (it doesn't work with office online). I kept the intial template in my library.
