I am a beginner and created a workflow that sets the title of an item.

After starting, the workflow gets suspended with message as

The specified user {Common:Initiator} could not be found. Can someone help here? Is this a generic message that is related to configurations

{Common:Initiator} is the context of the person who triggered the workflow. When using it in an email type of action you might have to click the italicised & bolded "X" and select the Type or Format to use. Typically it should be Email Address. However, it will accept Login Name. Unfortunately, there is no way to see which choice you made because that feature is not available...yet.
Possible contributing causes for your error is the account that initiated the workflow does exist anymore, you selected one of the other return types/formats or there is no mailbox associated with the account.

For more details, refer to one of several online help pages that may use Workflow Context --> Initiator. This one is for "Start a task process": https://help.nintex.com/en-US/Office365/Designer/Actions/StartaTaskProcess.htm?cshid=1116

If this helps to resolve the issue then please mark this as a solution.
