Can anyone please confirm if Synonyms are working in the new Managed metadata control in Office 365 forms? Synonyms are not working for me in the forms.

Does the new Managed metadata control in Office 365 work as expected in the Out-of-the-box SharePoint list forms?
Just now experimenting with Managed Metadata in Nintex, and seeing the same issue. Default Labels work fine, but the synonyms do not display. Searching for synonyms does not give any results. This greatly reduces the benefits of managed metadata in the forms.
And yes, they work just fine on out-of-the-box sharepoint forms (have for years).

This still seems to be the situation right now. There's not a lot of chatter about it, but "Other labels" cannot be selected using the metadata fields in combination with Nintex Forms 365.
