Hello, I received suspended information. Previously, for old users when filling out the leave request form, the workflow went well and smoothly without any problems. But now there are two new users added, and when they input leave a request on their behalf the workflow doesn't work it turned to suspended. Can someone help me for this case? Thank you

Do you save the User Leave Balance in another List?
Are the 2 new users details added to this List?
The WF seems to query that list for the Requestor's balance leave but is unsuccessful hence the SUSPENDED state.
