Hello,
I am looking to create the following form (see picture). But I am a little confused as to how to create my different columns in my custom list. These are not the only columns I have, I'll also have:
-the client name
-their email
-their nationality
-their frequent flyer card number, etc.
But for this specific data in the picture, which is not final (meaning we will add a few more rows probably to get the overall experience), I am unsure as to how to save it in my custom list.
