Sending external email

Hi,

I noticed the updated email action which now allows you to send external email.

However when I send an external email with attachment it does not include the metadata in the document.

The word documents I'm trying to send have quickparts that are filled by the metadata in the SharePoint columns.

When sending the email to an internal adress then the attachment contains the metadata but in the attachment send to an external email adress it just displays the fields without the metadata.

Another question:

Is it possible to change the 'From' adress?

Currently the emails are send as noreply@workflownotification.com

Tnx.

The problem is not only about empty metadata but about refreshing them :

- if you set metadata and save document, you can send it to internal or internal, both have correctly filled quickpart

- but if you edit metadata WITHOUT reopening document (quick edit view in SharePoint for example), then start workflow to send email : quickparts are updated when sent to internal, they keep the previous values when sent to external

Maybe Word is only allowed to refresh quickpart when opened by domain user ?
