Hi,
Considering Nintex workflow have 5-shedule limit, what is the best way to accomplish:
Email user every month
From 1 - 5th
At 12 AM and 12 PM (to accommodate different time zones?)
This is nearly impossible to archive through schedules - if I am missing anything let me know. If there is any other ways, please let me know as well

You could have a scheduled workflow to start every day at 12am, where it evaluates if the current day of the month is 1-5, if it is, start the workflow you want to run. Then pause 12 hours and start the workflow you want to run again.
