Not able to display in Chrome and Safari browser

Dear Everybody,

I need to display the O365 NINTEX form in Safari and Chrome browser for mobile devices like(IPAD, IPHONE, MAC). Enabled the cookies but no result. Let me know if there are any solutions for those devices/browser.

Here are my few observations:

Hi and thank you for reporting this issue.
We are currently looking into this issue with the Safari Browser and we will like to know what version of iOS you are using on your Apple Mobile device?

 

Example:
iPhone 5S with iOS 12.4.5 (Responsive Designer / Classic Designer with all layouts) - Not Working
iPhone 5S with iOS 12.4.5 (New Responsive Designer) - Working

 

Is your device updated to the latest version of iOS?

Hi @naev 

I am seeing the issue in Safari.  Here are the details:

 

iPad 5th generation with iOS 13.6 (New Responsive Designer)

Chrome - Working

Safari - Not Working

 

iPhone XR with iOS 13.5.1 (New Responsive Designer)

Safari - Not Working, redirects to Microsoft.com

 

It starts to open the form, and then just seems to get stuck on wus-srv-ufo.nintexo365.net or redirects me to Microsoft.com
