I am currently creating a PDF document which uses data from 1 parent list and 4 child lists. I have approached this by using the "Query a List" action for each child list and storing the information in text workflow variables. I am then using the "Document Generation" action to gather either the "Item Properties" for the parent list or the "Variables" from the child lists using the Document Tagger.
My question is around limits. As mentioned I am going to be using 5 separate lists and potentially 300 fields (possibly even more). Can I create this many workflow variables and use them all in the Document Tagger? Are there any limits that I should be aware of, before I begin?
