Lazy Approval - Remote endpoint returned an error

Hello

 

Recently, I stopped being able to complete my tasks using the Lazy Approval.

Whenever I click any of the actions, I get the below error message and no action is taken.

Yet I am still able to complete the task if I view it Sharepoint (Nintex task form).

Also I noticed that this error is showing for some users but not all!

Any idea about the causes and resolution approaches?

Hi Hassandh,

Are users using Outlook on Web, or Outlook Desktop? If using web, do they have the new preview experience enabled? There was a known issue that we reported to Microsoft regarding the Outlook Web + Preview responding to actionable cards.

Otherwise if it's not the preview experience, I'd recommend contacting Nintex support so we can debug.

Indeed it seems an issue in the preview pan of new outlook 365. I tried shifting to the old view and it worked !
Any clue if this issue will be solved soon or we have to avoid using the new oulook online?

Hey glad that helped.

 

Good question, the timeframe I was given at the begining of November was 6-8 weeks until all O365 OWA was updated, I've asked MS for an update (I wasn't aware anyone was still having an issue)

Still valid solution, but the web preview still does not work as of the 15/05/2019

I don't know if it has resurfaced but we experienced the same issue today.
