Does anyone have a clue when your workflow doesn't progress on Wait for field change in current item based on a valid field and changed value ?

possibly the rule is not met. Have you tried to log out value of the field, ex. without the "wait" action? So that you're sure it has the value your workflow is waiting for?
Hello Jaap Steenis - Could you provide more details about the exact configuration, and provide a screenshot as well? What is the datatype of the column in question? What value are you waiting for the change on?
In my experience, this feature is reliable and robust. You might try editing the field value again to something else and then back to the value you are waiting on.
But once you provide some details we may be able to assist further.
It's strange but for some reason it did not take the value 10. Work Completed If I used the option Test, it works 🙂
So still investigating.
