Invalid JWT token. Token is expired

Jump to solution

I am using trial version of Nintex Workflows for Office 365 to generate a PDF based on a Word template (MS Word 2007) and using a Dictionary variable to insert the values' of its keys to the generated file (PDF). However when I try to publish the Workflow, it generates following error.

Invalid JWT token. The token is expired. If the problem persists contact Nintex...

Thank you for your help

Have you tried to open another tab within the browser, an open up the workflow in the new tab.

That solved this error in my cases.

Hello

The cause of this shouldn't  be because of the actions within your workflow, but rather the amount of time you had the designer open but left it inactive.   Try opening the same  tab by right clicking the tab and selecting Duplicate.   I can usually get my original window to become valid by doing this after a few tries (closing the  windows I've duplicated).

Hope this helps you out.
