Impossible to save item with nintex forms using iphone 5 SE

Hello,

I created a sharepoint list and I created a form with nintex. When I finish typing all the data and want to record. I have an error message (see attached image). It works with other smartphones. Have you ever encountered this problem? Do you have a solution ?

Are you using the latest version of IOS?
Maybe by doing an update will improve the HTML5 interpretation?

You have no other issues using any other IOS device?
It looks like you are using a browser to submit the form so if you use different browser do you see the same issue?

I have a "customer" who is receiving that exact error when submitting a form I've designed for her group:


Server side:



  • SharePoint Online list

  • Nintex New Responsive form

  • Enterprise intranet requiring permission to access


Client side:



  • Access through VDI

  • Internet Explorer on iOS

  • customer attests that no other forms or services available on our intranet produces errors


No other customer in the group has complained about errors of any type (unfortunately, that also means I haven't attempted to find out how they're accessing the form). If anyone has an idea for why this error occurs, I would love to read it.
