Is there anyway in Nintex 365 workflows to run recurring daily workflows that will check item status and if the form has not been modified in the last week. Looking at this around 6 months ago, I could only find one possible solution and it looked way too complicated.
I was able to get a much simpler solution using PowerAutomate. See that attached screen copy for the structure of that. Would something like this be possible in Nintex 365 workflows, or would it require a different Nintex product (with extra costs) - where as we already have PowerAutomate as part of our tenant licence.
I would much rather do this in Nintex 365 WF, but the complexity and testing looks like a headache in comparison.

You can use a site workflow in O365 with query list action with your desired logic
Site workflows can run with daily schedule
