I'm getting this error when running the Office 365 Create User Action

Unable to create user after retrying 5 time(s).

Has anyone successfully created a O365 user account using the said action? can you please let me know what I'm missing?

Screenshots attached is the error and the configured workflow action, this is the first time I'm trying this out and Connection is working, verified the credentials are correct and Im using my own global admin account.

Thanks,

Norman

Hi Norman Belen‌, the configuration of the action itself looks correct. I would make sure that the credentials in the Connection manager are correct.

Hope it helps

Yes, I used my global admin account to our tenancy which I used to create AD accounts manually, and I made sure the credentials work because it errors out the connection when the  account used is invalid or does not have the proper access rights.

I've contacted Nintex support and we keep back and forth on the issue.

Side Note: I used Microsoft Flow using the Azure Create User action, it is working and it created the AD account successfully.
