Trying to create a cascading filter, that shows all items if the previous dropdown has no value. This was available in Nintex Forms 2013 on Prem. "Action when no filter applied" "Show all values".
I have tried using a formula but I can't get it to work
ifelse([Form].[Division]!="**SelectValue**",Form.Division,"")
I want to use Responsive Designer, but I can use classic if it the only way

You can't, there is no setting like this in new responsive form.
You can add 2 lookups controls. One with filter if you have value selected in the previus, and second with no filter if you haven't value in the previus. But it's an ugly solution.
