How Can I hide items in a list based on the contents of a people picker field?

Hi Everybody

We're using Nintex on SharePoint online.

We have a list that can contain potentially sensitive data. When users fill out a form they can assign their direct manager to the list item for them to action the contents of the list item.

We would to ensure that when a person looks at the list they can only see the items that relates to themselves or their reports.

Users shouldn't be able to view list items by changing the list view.;

Is this possible using Nintex?

Hi,

Did you have a lot of item ?

If not, maybe you can change right on each item to be sure user can only see what they need

Probably no more than a 1,000 items.

I'm still very new to Nintex so I'm assuming that I would have to add a field in each list item denoting who should have access to the item.

When a viewer opens the list then i use some sort of of do loop so when the list is opened it makes only the list items the viewer should have access visible?
