Hi,
We have a customer where they need a exchange rate in the forms which has to be used in more than 12 forms. After some research I found a link StrikeIron exchange rate and currency converter and its trial version.
Q: Is StrikeIron a free service?
Q: What other free services I could use for Nintex form? Any example would be beneficial.

StrikeIron is not a free service.
We can use Nintex Workflow's for Office 365 - Calling a web service action.
I found a very detailed blog to achieve this.
