Hello,
I am working on a multi approval WF with 9 different flexi tasks. I've seen several times one flexi task being replaced by another one. I don't know exactly when it happens as I do not necessarily notice right away, but I believe it is linked to when I upload a form from a flexi task into another flexi task.
If anyone could bring some light to it, so I know what is going on and can prevent this from happening again in the future, that would be great!
