Fields in Repeating Section Not Displaying

I have created a Repeating Section that contains calculation fields. The fields are shown below:

The Value field highlighted in yellow is calculated as Cost*Rate(which is defaulted to 1.000). The other value fields are used

to populate the fields such as Travel.

My problem is that when I go into Edit mode, the Value fields are not longer being displayed. Last week, when I edited the form, the fields were displaying normally.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you have it set to recalculate on "Edit" mode? And do you have "Null Text" set up for it to show if it's empty?

Yes. I have the formula for the calculated value field set to "If(Cost<'1.00','',Cost*Rate)." Recalculate formula on edit mode is set to "Yes"

Do you have anything set up in the null display text:

No, it is blank.

I can create a new form and it works perfectly.
