I have an extremely simple workflow that just generates a PDF from a Word template (one action) and I am getting a Suspended error which I haven't quite figured out how to resolve.

RequestorId: 77ff03ac-a52c-7624-0000-000000000000. Details: An error occurred downloading a file from a URL (https://prddgtstrwus01.blob.core.windows.net/docgen-4bb6093d-19a0-422b-ad6c-694c4773b0f9/e2ac34c1-4f0b-4edf-8e16-3b3596744734.docx?sv=2014-02-14&sr=b&sig=CGN5dov8p6v7xwCnJrSpOJkAQqRhEiPPivC9KTverzI%3D&se=2017-12-05T13%3A32%3A46Z&sp=r). (ResourceInvalid) (ErrorId: dcb6d916-4325-4524-8e00-236dd05e84c6)

Word doc is in the site assets folder, no special permissions of any kind. Only three fields being used as tags in the document, all confirmed.

Hi Mark, did you manage to deal with this issue? If so, can you share with solution?

I have exactly the same problem and I don't know how to resolve it.

Hi Dominic, Mark,

Would you be able to contact support if this issue is still occuring? It doesn't look like as a result of your action logic and may need someone to take a look into what is happening here.

Thanks,

Callum

I had this same error yesterday, so I thought I'd share the resolution:  in my case the error occured because I had included a variable with special characters in my output file name.  Once the special characters were removed, everything worked as expected.

Nintex support also referred me to this link... maybe you just need to recreate the DocGen action in some cases?

Hope that helps!

Thank you, this did the trick for me. It was the "special characters".
