Displaying extra info from person field?

Hello, I am using Nintex Forms online and I have person or group field that searches for people in our online Office 365 sharepoint AD. I've read about the user profile lookup runtime function on a calculated fields, but I dont have this feature (I think it is only supported on on-prem versions?). Is there a away to query the department field of the person selected in the person or group field? 

 

For example, If my name was entered then internship would show up in a box, but is my manager was entered then IT Support would show up.
