Capturing Attachments through Nintex Mobile & Storing

Hopefully there is someone out there who can help me out with this? There is a lot of head scratching currently taking place!!

I have created a Nintex mobile form and an element of this requires a picture or video to be taken. Once submitted this picture needs to update the sharepoint list but this doesn't appear to be happening successfully. What am I missing?

Don't you see it as an attached file to the list item?

Ian,

As Fernando hinted... the attachment feature on the form should automatically store whatever is attached to the SharePoint list item along with the list data captured in the form.   Ensure that your form has the attachment form control on it when you publish the version of the form you are desiring to use. 

Everything else is handled by SharePoint once the form is submitted through Nintex.
