A duplicate content type "Nintex Task Outcome Content Type" was found.

Issue is, Lets say I migrated all content types from on-premises to office 365 site named "Two". and Nintex workflows from "One" site collection to "Two" site collection of office 365. Now when i publish the workflows of "Two".

I get this error:

Error publishing workflow. A duplicate content type "Nintex Task Outcome Content Type" was found.

How can i fix this.? 
tried

1) De-activate and reactivate feature.

2) Renamin the content type and again publishing.

Nothing worked please help.

How did you perform the migration? If using a third party tool, there was one issue found a while back regarding this that was seemingly resolved.
