Nintex form named ABC contains a list lookup field named Category (contains 6 options), using a nintex workflow, create a new ABC document, adding the Category value (one of the 6 options) from another list to the Category field...the value added displays in the list, but will NOT display in the form.

Hi @michael_bc, this is because the Data Lookup control actually pulls a cache of the data when the form is first opened, and then can present that data based on various conditions that are applied to the control. The form does not continuously query for new data from the source location to help maintain form performance and load times.

The Forms team is working on bringing additional functionality to the Data Lookup control, and if you would like to add a request for continuous data retrieval from the source system to the feature board, you can do so here: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/430063-5-nintex-workflow-cloud
