how to add lookup column as approver in request approval action

I have a Nintex workflow - I'm using the "Request approval" workflow action.  I want to add to the "Approvers" section - and add name that is listed in the “Consumer Data Steward” column. But the datatype of said column is ‘lookup’ and it doesn’t appear in the “Item Properties” section (see screenshot below).  This was easily done in SharePoint Designer, but how do I do this in Nintex?

I actually got a hold of someone who provided the answer.  I used the "Set variable" workflow action at the start of my workflow and created a variable called "Consumer Data Steward" that I set equal to the field in the current item.  So now I can use the variable "Consumer Data Steward" as show in screenshot below.
