In my Company we have a corrective actions nintex form and approval workflow in SP on-prem. We need some external users to access and complete the form. Our SP is an internal environment.
Would there be any way to integrate NWC with on-prem to share with external contacts and pass back the info to save in on-prem? Any similar scenarios, information are appreciated.

Couple of ideas for this one.
1) Try out the SharePoint On-Premises Connector from the Nintex Process Accelerator Gallery
I've not tried the connector but this allows you start on-premises workflows. So you would need a site workflow that takes input parameters and creates the list item.
This is the more complicated solution.
2) Use the Nintex Live / Nintex External platform.
When you publish the list form with Nintex Form you can make it available on the external platform for users to fill in (optionally anonymous users).
Enable external forms (nintex.com)
Once the form is published it will provide you with an external accessible URL.
