Hello wonderful people,

So happy right now, I've been waiting for Adobe sign to be available on SharePoint On-prem. Now that we got this: https://news.nintex.com/2019-07-09-Nintex-and-Adobe-Extend-e-Signatures-to-Microsoft-SharePoint-Customers

I need to start some action but I need help with details:

- Where can we get licensing information?

- Is it going to be automatically avaiable to customers who are already using on-prem?

do i need a free trial to try it out? which is not avaiable in the options here, https://www.nintex.com/workflow-automation/e-signature/

Anybody who got more technical information about it, how-to's what's next..., please share here...

Thank Youuuu

Hi,
The new action will be available around Wednesday 24th of July.
You will need to upgrade your build of Nintex Workflow to get the new action.
I expect that the help files will be updated at the same time which should answer all your other questions.

How do you open the tagging addon for MS Word?

Hi @cmikhaiel_e - you may of seen however Nintex Sign for on-prem is now available to all customers. You need to download and upgrade your on-prem version before you will see the action, also need to activate some settings in CA which you can find via the help page.

If you fill in that form on the website you can get a trial and an account will be provisioned for you, you can then use this account to initiate and authorize workflows..

I assume you mean DocGen @bstubbs ? The tagger will automatically open when you open the template from the action, once you've done that once it wil always open regardless of where you open it from.

Its like the same function as DocGen, but for Adobe Sign.
