Where can i find a thread or forum where a newbie as myself can learn how to create workflows and how to understand the syntax of the workflow code?

@RodneyW Start with Nintex University. There are on-demand and instructor-led courses that can teach you the basics. I'm a newbie myself but the courses have taught me a lot. 🙂
