Unable to Renew Office 365 "K2 BlackPearl for SharePoint" App License

Symptoms

I am having an issue adding the K2 App to a Sharepoint Site in Office 365.
- I noticed the app had disappeared from the apps that I could add.
- I went to the store and saw the message shown in Screen1.png.
- I clicked Renew, and had to sign in with my Microsoft account.
- After signing in, it failed with the message in ErrorScreen.png.
Other notes:
It has been failing with this message for the last 5 days. I initially thought it was an issue with Office 365 so I have contacted Microsoft Support and worked with Suresh. Suresh told me the issues is with K2 servers provisioning the license.

Diagnoses

Verified customer's blackpearl license is current. Confirmed with K2 sources that K2 does not issue a license to individual customers to access the K2 Sharepoint app on Office 365. Microsoft gets a license from K2 in order to add the app to the app store. Microsoft support was brought on to a Go To meeting and some information was collected. Meeting convened for Microsoft to order detailed logs from their resources.

Resolution

Customer indicated that when he tried to renew the app again this morning it was successful. He no longer received the error saying the service was down and instead was given an option to trust the service. Microsoft indicated they deployed service updates during the night so probably the restart of the servers resolved the issue.
