Good day,
i have turned on word automation services on the server and want to use the "convert to PDF" that is described here: How to Convert Word Document to PDF Using NINTEX Workflow in SharePoint but there isn't an option for that action in the Operations section.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
This action resides in the "Libraries and Lists" section of workflow designer and is titled "Convert Document". Make sure you have the action enabled in both the Central Admin and site "Manage allowed Actions" sections.

In addition, Jennifer, this is a Nintex Workflow Enterprise action so you'll need to make sure you're running this version.
