I hope someone can help me, as I'm going crazy here...
I'm trying to set up a workflow based on an existing survey on my site. I want the workflow to automatically trigger an email to be sent based on a response in the survey - when the email address field is completed I want to trigger an email to that address.
Can anyone tell me how I do this?

@Teresa1 is your survey built using Nintex Forms, or a 3rd party vendor?

It was built in Sharepoint itself. Do I need to create the survey in Nintex?

I don't think we can create a Nintex workflow on Survey list, it does not show "Workflow settings" option.
