Escalation Date Refresh

We recently had to remove a bank holiday from Working Hours Configuration due to an error. Escalation dates for processes kicked off before this time, and still active, have not had their escalation date refreshed to reflect this. Could anyone confirm a way to refresh the escalation dates for an activity instance please? Note we are using (gulp!) K2 blackpearl 4.5.

Hi,

 

Escalation details can only be updated upon re-executing the activiity again. This is the only best approach i can think off unless you are okay to dig into the K2 system Database level which is not the recommended solution. So is it possible for you to make GOTO ACTIVTY for the same activity on running instances?

Thank you very much for the response Prajwal. The SLA was 125 days (!) and it was near the end so it's not really an option.

Thank you for confirming there's no easy way to do this other than what you suggest though.
