Hello,

I just setup a K2 blackpearl server on VM for the template and test completed, now i have to create a new VM use the template.

how can i config the new K2 blackpearl server for new environment.

Hi,

1. Run K2 blackpearl setup manager and select the configure option. Walk through the wizard to complete the reconfiguration process.

2. Open K2 workspace > Management Console and check your Environment Library. Make sure the Environment Fields match your current environment

3. Open K2 workspace > Management Console > User Manager > K2 > Domains, and check if your NETBIOS and LDAP path is correct. If not, update it.
