Is there a way in NWC to grant someone the ability to override or respond to a task that is not assigned to him/her without giving them the Global Administrator rights? I assigned a person the workflow owner. They can see the task in the tasks list found in the Automate menu. However the ability to respond the the task does not show up while it shows up for me. We have this person listed as the escalation, but that is after 5 days. We were thinking in a scenario when the normal person handling the task is out on some sort of leave. I know we can just edit the workflow, we were trying to see if we could manage it this way.
