When adding an escalation to an event or activity, can anyone please tell me what the result of the choosing the "Default" action template is?

As far as I can see, when I set up the "Default" escalation, nothing seems to happen...am I missing something here in configuration or something?

thanks in advance for any assistance!

Hi Arduk,

Asper the documentation: http://help.k2.com/en/K2blackpearlUserGuide.aspx (K2 Designers > Designer Tools > K2 Rules and Logic > Escalation Rule > Escalation Rules Wizard > Wizard Navigation):

The default action "Configures the default templateĀ that can be edited via the View Action Code function for customization purposes"

Hope this helps.

Frikkie!

Hi Frikkie - thanksĀ - that has sorted it out - the documentation has obviously been updated, as mine doesn't mention anything about how to actually use it.

"Default" seems like a strange name for what is custom code too ;)

Thanks for clearing this up for me!
