Reoccurring email

Hello,
I'm looking to send an email 2x per year on Jan 15th and July 15th, following a reminder email 15 days after if the task is not completed. This workflow will repeat each year on those dates.
I don't know what logic to us first. Can someone please advise what I should use or do?

Hi MykeeLee,


If I understand your requirements correctly, it sounds like this can be achieved in NWC by creating a workflow with a Scheduled start as the start event. You can set the Start date to 1/15 or 7/15 and then set it to Recur every 6 months.



You can include either an Assign a task action or an Assign a task to multiple users action in your workflow design and configure the Reminders setting to Remind after 15 days.
