I've created several NWCs that connect to a Salesforce sandbox and eventually need to promote these NWCs up to higher sandboxes, and then production. What is the best way to do this? Do I need to go through each Salesforce action and update the connection to the new sandbox, or is there a way to do this en masse? It would be tedious and error-prone if I have to update each action with the new connection.

If you go to Connections from the Nintex Workflow Cloud Dashboard, you can edit the connection settings to access a different Salesforce instance. Changing the connection effectively updates the Salesforce environment the actions connect to.
The one thing to keep in mind is the objects and fields referenced in the actions need to exist in the new Salesforce instance you're connecting to. Otherwise, you will need to reconfigure them all individually.
