Hi,

I would like to know what are the different way to create a task list, so that a user can see all tasks assigned in one place.

I'm aware of a SharePoint webpart. Does this work with SharePoint online too?

If we do not use SharePoint at all, what other means do we have?

The other option is the worklist control that comes with the SmartForms Contol Pack.
