Foxtrot Administrator Tool version 15.1.10 - new install on VM; app will not launch

The Foxtrot Administrator is a VB6 application and will be detected by the DEP (Data Execution protection) which will close the application very early.  To fix this there are two ways.

1. Add Foxtrot administer to the list of allowed executable in DEP settings

2. Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs only.
