Is there a way to modify the approval settings so that you can specifically turn off approvals for reviewed/new revisions for processes?
We still want NEW processes to be approved but for existing processes that have been reviewed or edited and then submitted for re-approval we would like to to go straight to publishing as they require less of an approval process?
There is no way to turn off this option, however you can turn on the "Publish Now" option. This allows Promasters to bypass the Process Approvals Process and Publish the Process.
You can find this setting in Admin > Configure > Process and Document Approval section.
