Is there an easier way to run Organisational reporting? I currently have to run the process listing reporting team by team and add up the results

Snapshot of the organisational dashboard? (first tab in My Dashboard. Not sure what yours is called, ours is our org name). It's not a report but it does give totals for your process groups, which saves you from having to put sub-totals into an excel version of a report.
