Is there a template for a promapp charter that anyone is willing to share? Or some guidance on what to should be covered in a Promapp charter would be appreciated.

Our Executive Director recently sent an email to all current Branch Managers that included a general set of comments and reasons as to why we are using Promapp. Whilst not a formal process charter, the content reflects some characteristics of one. Overall it should be a simple breakdown of a few points articulating 'why' Promapp was purchased, and the overall goals in using it internally (ex: documenting process information for more viibility into organizational procedures).
