Hi, we have just realised that todo tasks have not been reassigned when staff leave or change roles. Am wondering if it would be possible to have these linked under the user profile with other assigned responsibilities?

This is something that has been brought up to us previously, you can see this on our User Voice page https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/919189-7-nintex-promapp/suggestions/38418913-mass-transfer-of-todo-eg-when-someone-leaves-th it is currently not planned, however you can add your comments to this idea and ensure the Product team sees your feedback.
