"User" Rights

There is a need to prevent the "User" role from creating a process in ProMapp full-version vs. just using minimode.   Is there a mechanism to do that?

Good day, @NGPinDurham -

The asterisk next to Create Process states that users can create processes, but only if the system is configured to allow anyone to create processes.

You, or your Promaster if you don't have access, can adjust this configuration and after only Promasters, Business Analysts, and Process Champions will be able to create new processes.

Admin > Configure > Process Editing:

@Nintex_Sam - We would not want to remove process creation capability from these roles though.
