What words do you use for your lean/improvement tags?

We've been using #Opportunity and #Issue to tag aspects of processes that we need to revisit to improve later but since the recent change to the tagging functionality, we're going to have to abandon these and amend all tags created to date, because it is tagging even without the hashtag.

So, what is everyone else using to tag their processes that doesn't suffer from this issue?

Presumably, you're using a word that isn't used in any processes?

We create lean tags with abbreviations as they're less likely to occur elsewhere, E.G. we use #OFI (Opportunity for Improvement) and #ITR (Issue to Review)

Hello Eddie - in our corporate Lean program we refer to these opportunities as continuous improvements, so like others we have created a Lean tag #CI.

We then follow that #CI tag applied in a task with a feedback item to explain it so the process team has a little more context by using a corresponding feedback item.

Thanks for asking the question - we love hearing and learning from others on their practices.
