Looking for a report to show process groups , and such things as completion of background information , and PGOs / Active Champions Assigned .

You may be able to see this information in our reporting API, however I am not sure if all the information you require will be included at this time - Instructions on using this here:
Otherwise, you are limited to the reports we have in Promapp, and I don't think there is one that will cover this information
